Everyone comes up with their own mental picture of what characters in a book look like. For Pirate’s Honor, you don’t have to! Paizo Publishing has this great promotion for their Pathfinder Tales – free web fiction accompanied by portraits of the story’s characters. The web fic is a short story in four chapters, related to the newly released novel. Chapter one of Stargazer is now up, to be followed at one-week intervals by the subsequent chapters. The real treat? A portrait of Celeste, the “unusual” navigator on the pirate ship Stargazer. Terrific depiction. We can’t wait to see who’s up with chapter two!
